Hazel Park, MI – With the popularity of shows such as American Idol and Nashville Star, artists are learning that they need to polished before the “Big Wig” execs will take them seriously. There is a movement in the music industry for independent artists to prove themselves by creating a “buzz” in the streets and developing their own fan base. The problem is that most artists a clueless at how to do self-promotion.

Walt E. Nelson, an entrepreneur and local businessman has a support network for independent artists. He created DWP Music Services for artists who want to manage and progress their music careers. Nelson is a graduate of Highland Park High School and the Wayne State University Music Management program.  DWP began 12 years ago as a basement studio and grew into a polished dream for more than just one person. After six years of producing and recording music in the basement, Nelson stepped out on faith and moved into the Hazel Park facility that now houses DWP Music Services.

Through the Internet, DWP has made their products and services available to musicians throughout the country. The DWP Support Network is made up of three powerful ecommerce websites. All of the sites have tons of free resources for musicians and entertainers, but each site has its own unique identity.

At www.dwpmusic.com visitors will find mainly studio services such as recording, CD mastering, music production, and studio training. They will also find e-books and software products that were developed by DWP. Clients can book their recording sessions online or order a CD mastering job, upload the tracks, and have a mastered disk mailed to their address.

At www.samplegiant.com the specialty is high-quality audio production samples for use in electronic music production, flash projects, radio broadcast and video production. All sample packs are available for digital download, on CD-ROM, or other optional formats.

Music Producer Pro Product Review

August 22, 2008

Can Music Producer Pro really teach an ordinary kid with limited music skills how to make a beat that even the industry’s top music producers will envy, or is it just another online scam?

Greetings,

I’m Walt E. Nelson from DWP Music Services, and I wanted to share with you my unbiased opinion of Music Producer Pro, the music training program created by Jay Dynasty.

So what exactly is Music Producer Pro?

Music Producer Pro is an online Music Production Workshop where you can download hundreds of videos and audio tutorials on all aspects of recording and producing music. They claim to offer cutting edge, production techniques for both beginning and advanced producers of all genres of music. In addition, they have tutorials that can teach you about performing with musical instruments.

Now as if that wasn’t enough, they promise you a database of industry contacts, and an online beat maker. This seems to be a pretty impressive package for a one-time membership fee that will last forever with no recurring fees.

As a veteran music producer, I was skeptical about buying this package because I felt like they might be covering a lot things that I already knew, or would just give a few good teasers, then let me down. I don’t like to waste my time and hard earned money on things that I could have just researched myself on the net. I’m sure you don’t either.

Well, I was trying to figure out how to do something in my Logic Pro, and I saw a snap shot of the software on their website, so I said “what the hell” and signed up for a membership. Boy, was I impressed. The guides are loaded with useful information, and are super easy to follow. While the videos are professionally produced and are a fantastic way to learn. Jay Dynasty has over 23 years experience in his field, and I was definitely able to pick up some new ideas from him. Believe me – he knows his stuff.

There are no “secrets” in this course, just good techniques with a twist. It’s a new perspective – how to approach things in a different light. What you can literally guarantee is that you will be encouraged to put these under-used and well known techniques to use. You can learn at your own pace from the comfort of your home. So in a way, it’s revolutionary.

With these powerful tools, I believe anyone can learn how to produce music professionally. This system is perfect if you want to learn how to produce rap or hip hop instrumentals by either making beats from scratch or sampling. It doesn’t stop there though. Music Producer Pro is not just for rap, hip hop, dance or even techno. These lessons will work for literally all music genres out there. Jay even goes as far as helping you find your recording equipment for a lower cost.

I’ve only scratched the surface of what Music Producer Pro has to offer. It really is one of the best music production training courses I’ve ever seen. If you want the whole story, click the link below to see the sales page. When you read it, pay particular attention to the feature list about halfway down. Your jaw might drop when you compare that list to the crazy low life-time membership price they’re charging for this.
